Project website implemented and content created

Official website is online showing information about the project and all participants, blog entries can be posted and the newsletter can be subscribed. The project cloud contains a repository with content available for all participants and offers different kinds of information and media to be used for communication (e.g., well-written textual information, high-quality pictures, one short promotion video).
