Alpha version of the EPIC Africa CLEWs Observatory

This deliverable will be a demonstrator of the first version of a growing digital platform with APIs for seamlessly integrating access to multi-source CLEWs, infrastructure and socio-economic data sets. The observatory will connect global and national open data sets, climate projections and new data sets from the EPIC Africa, which are essential ingredients for planning activities (WP4) and operational aspects (WP5). This will be used for planning and operational decisions as input. This deliverable refers to Task 3.1 and Task 3.3.
