BlueBARGE use cases, technical specifications and requirements

[T2.1, T2.2] This deliverable will include definition and detail description of the use cases for the power-barge, as well as the process for their realisation. Consequent specifications, mainly for power demand, but also with respect to waiting hours and infrastructure will be included as well. Finally, the deliverable will highlight the technical, operational and safety requirements identified within the context of T2.2 from the systems engineering approach.
