[T1.1, T1.2, T1.5] This deliverable will provide a comprehensive Project Management Plan and the detailed procedures in order to enable efficient coordination among Consortium members and communication with EC, managing effectively financial issues and monitoring the project's progress. Deliverable will also include details relevant to the establishment and activities of the Advisory Board.
