Distributed computing environment developed

(Task 4.6) AEON, with the help of TVS, will report on the design of the Distributed Computing (DC) Service, which will be composed of a Python library and a Distributed Computational Engine (DCE). This service will allow users to employ the models developed by FORGE efficiently.
