Summary
The task of stakeholder management is to consider and integrate the interests of the various stakeholders appropriately. This includes the identification of all relevant stakeholders and the analysis of their respective interests (Stakeholder analysis and engagement plan. On this basis, communication activities and a Communication and Dissemination Plan, including a List of Conferences and Networks, are to be developed implemented and continuously reconsidered.
