Annotated agenda, background documents and proceedingincluding report/minutes (updated after each meeting (Kick-off-meeting and regional working sessions/digital meetings)).In the run-up to the roundtables, the results of the roundtables held beforehand are made available to the stakeholders, e.g. in the form of background papers/ working papers in the internal area on the project website, and the further course of the discussion is moderated in advance. In a federal republic like Germany with a lot of local differences, it is important to include the regional perspective of energy-efficient renovation following the kick-off roundtable meeting. Therefore, this task will focus on the regional specifics regarding the four clusters (financing opportunities, building types, specific legislation and possible distinctions regarding communication and decision-making process). This regional perspective will cover the following three regions in Germany: (a) North Rhine-Westphalia; (b) Baden-Württemberg and (c) Berlin/Brandenburg.
