SOTA review of micro-scale fatigue damage mechanism models

The report will review and catalogue the fatigue damage mechanisms for micro-scale so far published in open literature. The report will form the basis for initiating the probabilistic fatigue modelling of task 2.2.(output from task WP2.1)
