"Periodic lessons learned report #2"

Update to the first report. A report narrating the journey of Cultuurcampus up until this stage, including the challenges and lessons learned. This will differ from the progress reports in that they will be targeted towards a broader, public audience. The purpose of these is to build a community around the Cultuurcampus and to inspire other partnerships across Europe to initiate their own Cultuurcampus.
