State of play and requirements for the label for inland vessels

This deliverable reports in the findings of Tasks 3.1 and 3.2. It presents the updated state-of-play taking into account the latest policy and research developments which are relevant for the label for vessels on EU waterways. It will also present the objectives, requirements and boundaries. Based also on consultation and interaction with stakeholders, the overarching purpose and key objectives will be presented as well as conclusions on priority policy objectives and related KPIs.
