Summary
This deliverable is part of task 5.4 activities with inputs from task 7.5 as well. The Project Development report will contain detailed plans for up to 2 projects from the Implementation Plan including: list of functionality suited to local needs, technologies to be implemented, costs of planned implementation measures, suitable funding and business models, key timescales, lead partners, risks & risk mitigation measures, Local governance & coordination structure.
