Mechanical aging & lifetime of the whole packaged module demonstrating extrapolated life-time of 35 years

A complete mechaical aging analysis of the packaging solution will be presented, using standard tests employed in the Industry (vending, stertching). A full characterization of the mechanical aged devices will be also presented. Task T2.4.
