CZTS solar cells demonstrating 20% conversion efficiency

Summary
A report will be presented with all the processes and strategies developed by the consortium in order to increase the conversin efficiency of kesterite, highlighting the most important pathways to achieve 20% efficiency devices, together with the corresponding demonstrator. The deliverable will include:1. Description of the back contact optimized to improve the efficiency2. Description of the improvements introduced in the kesterite absorber layers, including composition, type of precursor, optimized annealing, possible doping and alloying and the fundamental properties of the absorbers (structural, otpical and transport charge properties)3. Description of the front contacts optimization, including any type of passivation and buffer layers modification4. Cells testing in two independent laboratories in the consortium and/or certification provided by one of the 5 worldwide available centres. The deliverable contributes to Tasks T1.1.
