Report ML-based flow and sector profile prediction (Intermediate version)

The report describes progress toward the development and implementation of ML-models for flow prediction, which will feed the basic volume design (WP04). Due to dependencies, sector profile prediction will be described at the second stage of this deliverable. Each model will be described in terms of logic (concept), architecture and results e.g., implementation for sector configuration schemes.
