Management and coordination plan

A strategic document defining the management structure and operating procedures, as well as their implementation (including measures and indicators to track KPIs and milestones). The plan will also contain an identification and categorization of risks, with a proposal for specific mitigation and management measures and approaches. (covers T1.1, T1.3)
