Guidelines and best practices for BLEM process and data management - Phase I

This report will document the findings of Task 21 identification of best practices and models in the EeB cluster It will also document the findings of Task 22 which include the results of the consensus building around data vocabularies to represent search and maintain BLCEM models from existing sources It will also document the publication of the resources on the Web and how these resources may be exploited in BLCEM processesFinally it will document guidelines developed in Task 23 to enable both existing and new BLCEM processes to discover BIMLOD resources by means of querying the Web The guidelines will describe how such systems can download these resources either as a full resource or only required slices of the resource Finally the guidelines will describe how these resources can be quickly converted into a form that can be used in an existing BLCEM process eg an XML BIM format
