Preliminary report on the SWIMing Cluster and Community portal - Phase I

This report will document the initial stages of the clustering effort It will highlight the different members of the community and align those members with specific areas of the Building Life Cycle It will also report on the areas within those projects which can best benefit from the application of BIM and linked data technologies It will also document the initial set up of the community portal This will include the setting up of the W3C Linked Building Data Community Group the OpenWiki and the use of the BuildingSmart community to promote use cases It will also document any press releases made at this point presentations made or other noteworthy project outcomes and attendance of related events VoCamps eeSemantics etc
