Assessment of policy options to promote CSA in pilots

We evaluate policies in place in STARGATE pilot areas at different scales (from international, European to national and regional) and identify the main institutional, social, financial, economic and practical barriers that hinder their effectiveness to promote CSA in order to design improved instruments.
