Report on chronic detection of EEG signals for biomarker detection algorithms, in an in vivo animal model with IGT-array for >3 weeks

This report will show photos of IGT-based devices, placement procedure, and EEG data acquired by an IGT array over > 3 weeks period of time. Time-frequency spectrograms of the recordings, high filtered traces of waveforms will be shown indicating potential biomarkers. Spectrograms and raw data will be analysed to understand best methods to extract depression biomarkers.
