Report on Stakeholders coordination

Stakeholders coordination – Situational Report. This will include three key areas concerning stakeholders´ coordination. First, we focus how, in effect, stakeholders´ coordination is efficient. This will be done analysis (single body, multistakeholder body, and no-coordination). Secondly, there will be a check on the effectiveness of coordinating efforts. The scale will be “very effective coordination” (regular meetings, minutes, assigned tasks) to somehow validate (comparatively with previous, this is at a lower level – less frequent meetings and unclear progress), through more or less formal coordination (coordinating body exists but there are only ad-hoc meetings with no real progress) to no-coordination. Thirdly, this report will provide the fundamental perspective(s) of stakeholders. The analyses will be carried out based on the size of a document dedicated to key areas (scientific, political, economic and technical).
