Demonstration sites and their M&E framework

Based on multi-criteria decision analysis with input from the previous deliverables, organizational models and energy system modelling, this deliverable will establish the final location for the pilots in both countries. Additionally, it will also contain an M&E plan and mitigation actions in case targets are not achieved. This deliverable corresponds to Tasks 2.3 Data analysis and sites characterization and 2.4 Site selection methodology and decision.
