Capacity building strategy and implementation plan

Following the assessment and mapping of the local actors, their capacity needs (knowledge to action) will be identified. This will in turn support the development of a capacity-building strategy with all actors across the SWARM ecosystem, to be implemented during the project. This deliverable corresponds to Tasks 3.2 Value chain and productive use of energy development plan and 3.3 Co-developing a capacity building strategy.
