sMART local market structure development

This deliverable will include the development of sMART STREAM tool, which will be used by flexibility services providers, aggregators and DSOs to manage flexibility planning and utilization on LV side of power networks and with various transaction structuring (traditional monetary or peer-to-peer/barter-like).
