This deliverable will include na overview of the various options for flexibility utilization in given local energy markets and within the context of the pilot sites, to include additional verification from a regulatory viewpoint to ensure that the tools developed and frameworks proposed are compliant with the relevant legislative requirements governing the energy sector in a given country/region.
