It will provide a legal evaluation of 1 the conditions in which the federation can support innovative data governance organisational settings and 2 the legal requirements related to interoperability and standardisation This deliverable will be aligned as much as possible with the EU legislative agenda specially the Data Act expected in 2021 Q3 in order to ensure coherence between the deliverables key performance indicators and the long term objectives of the federation
