Description of data flows, manuals and training materials

This task ensures the efficiency and the cost-effectiveness of the proposed monitoring strategies including global data sets downscaled per pilot combining all types of monitoring in a comprehensive monitoring framework. Take advantage of developed in the H2020 HiSea project and benefit from its various components and layers, such as data servers, interlinkages with models and simulations, dynamic visualization, algorithms and user interaction at TRL 9. The services include operational or on-demand tasks aiming to support the daily decisions and/or future planning as being described in T6.3. The goal will be to offer a service at a TRL 9. Manuals and training materials will be prepared as a deliverable (D6.2; MS6.1)This deliverable results from T6.2 and the deliverable will include an executive summary
