D6.2 : OrganiCity Sustainability plan and activity report - Initial [26] The deliverable is released in 2 stages. In M24 the Sustainability plan will include stakeholder analysis indicating OrganiCity s feasibility and capability to provide values for different stakeholders and and the exploitation potential on a wider scale. The analysis will be made by input from the Open call applicants and other relevant stakeholders and serve as a baseline for exploitation actions and target markets for M25-M36. In M36 the report will include a Sustainability management strategy for OrganiCity longer term exploitation.
