Summary
The Extensible Quality Standard in Institutional Publishing will be based on D3.1 (IPSP Best practices), D3.5 EQSIP V1.0, and T3.4 gap analysis on IPSP landscape. It will comprise specific definitions and measurement strategies for those best practices, as well as a definition of the assessment process.
