IPSP Toolsuite

This will be a full IPSP toolsuite including the quality and sustainability self-assessment tools built in WP3&5, an IPSP management toolkit (financial & legal matters, licensing, IT, editorial & production, marketing & comms, funding, and preservation). The toolsuite will also serve as a portal for toolkits elsewhere.
