Comparative report on green transition governance challenges

The challenge of transition lies, inter alia, in the governance system, actors and institutions that plan and manage it. The task lays on information from tasks 4.1-4.3 and on in-depth desk review for the analysis of institutions and systems. The connection of green transition to the spatial planning systems and regional policies in the WB is of particular interest. While the WB partners will deepen their research, the EU partners will provide a comparative view based on own experience. This task is bi-directionally linked with the assessment of impacts/costs of green transition (task 4.3). A comparative report on green transition governance challenges will be produced by M24.
