Evaluation report on results and impact pathways

The evaluation report contains the results of the self-assessment conducted by the partners during the lifetime of the project, vis-a-vis project activities and results. It also includes indications for impact pathways and shall be aligned with the Sustainability Plan, delivered under WP5. This report shall summarise information from the interim reports at the end of the year prepared and circulated internally among the partners.
