Implementation manual

Summary
Through key informant interviews as well as review of grey literature, we will identify key factors for successful implementation based on the PRISMA framework. We will conduct a series of implementation workshops that will align with the Normalization Process Theory (NPT), to develop and test the implementation strategies. During the first workshop, we will operationalize the intervention and implementation framework to the school context (NPT Coherence). In the second workshop, we will elicit perceptions on opportunities and challenges in delivering the intervention in the school context, as well as problem solve on ways to address the challenges and engage the whole school community (NPT Cognitive Participation). The third workshop will focus on implementation strategies and ensuring the fidelity of intervention delivery, uptake of intervention activities by the school system, and coverage of and participation in intervention activities by the school community with definition of roles and responsibilities as well as needs for training and capacity building (NPT Collective Action). The fourth workshop (NPT Reflexive Monitoring) will unpack the perceived impact of the intervention and implementation activities. Based on the workshop output, contextualized implementation manuals will be developed.
