Definitional Framework

Summary
Providing the concept base (common vocabulary and M&S classification) that underpins agenda-generating workshops. The deliverable will take the form of a glossary and a classification framework for M&S, as applicable to CPS. It is also noted that CPS cannot realistically be considered to be all alike (see for example (Dahmann & Baldwin, 2008), and so obvious classifications of CPS will be included, although it is recognised that these may be updated subsequently. Although focused on supporting the later work of TAMS4CPS, this deliverable will also be helpful for other projects seeking to clarify and define CPS activities. It will be published online and freely available to others for use in projects with M&S aspects (i.e. most projects in CPS). Dahmann, J. & Baldwin, K., 2008.
