Comparative Policy Report

This will synthesise the policy findings from the participating consultants, contrasting them to identify areas of best practice that could be adopted; relating them to the views and experiences expressed in the user interviews from T2.2 to identify their impact, and to identify how they might support or restrict the implementation of the HIPI.
