Summary
This document will provide an overview of the current situation, mapping existing ICT in the specific domain initiatives and creating a categorisation able to orient the clustering of projects. Based on this it will determine the most applicable tools and methodologies for projects to increase their impact. This deliverable is related to task 3.1.
