Summary
This deliverable contains the mapping of the procurement of learning technology of Education in Europe and will be used in order to understand how to use the LEA-N network with a broad approach. It also includes methodologies for user/demand driven input from procurers and end users, including identification of barriers from the demand side. Thus, this deliverable will help to identify the most appropriate way of forming and operating the procurer network in order to contribute attaining the objectives of Learning Accelerator project.
