Report on legal, social and ethical issues - Update M18

This is the M18 update of the D2.1 deliverable. It will consist of a concise report detailing the privacy, ethical and social impacts of the EUNOMIA solution and will result in recommendations for technical partners and end users adhering to appropriate regulations and principles. This update follows the development phase.
