Design and implementation of security and privacy framework

This deliverable includes the design of security and privacy framework. A first phase for integration purpose with a placeholder implementation of the defined security methods will be made available (1st phase; M13). It will include the implementation of the full security and privacy framework for final release (2nd phase; M26).
