Specifications and architecture design

This deliverable will report on the outcome of T3.2 and will consist of three sections: the first one, reporting on the functional (coming from the user requirements), and non-functional requirements (related to deployment and operation of EUNOMIA) requirements. The second will contain the platform specifications, and the third architecture defining components, interfaces and protocols, and described the information management model.
