Initial report on community building and outreach strategy

This deliverable describes the initial strategy for stakeholder engagement and community building as well as the communication and dissemination plan of the project. It also includes some preliminary ideas for the impact and exploitation of the expected results. This report covers initial results from T4.1 and T4.2.
