Impairment monitoring: from a hardware to a software ecosystem

This deliverable will provide the specifications for the monitoring algorithms that will be developed in the project. It will also report on the lab experiments for the evaluation of the accuracy of the measured physical parameters of an existing state-of-the-art commercial transport system.
