A technical Phase Report shall be submitted by the suppliers which shall contain the detailed and description of the solution design of the innovative solution concept proposed in the original bid The Experts Board Panels will be requested to determine whether the suppliers have complied with their obligations under the Framework Agreement the Phase 1 Contract and the Tender Documents The commissioning authority Procuring Entity will release a statement based on an assessment of the Experts Board Panels and will proceed to the complete payment owed to the suppliers for the correct execution of Phase 1
