Ideal-ist portal services maintenance report and new services implementation and quality assurance 1

The report will cover the information about all current running services and sections of the website, their implementation and maintenance. Implementation report of new services will be provided. A separate chapter will be dedicated to Services Quality evaluation (technical implementation, down time, usability, durability and their update). To show the progress of the deployment process, report will be updated at the end of the project (D5.3 in M24).
