Report on cultural knowledge representation

The Deliverable is the output of Tasks 2.1, 2.2. The report describes the development of methods for cultural knowledge representation (i.e., for storing cultural knowledge and providing access to it). Different solutions will be explored in WP2, and this process will be documented in the report. Notice that the prototypical software modules developed in WP2 and described in this deliverable will be released as a separate deliverable after refining, refactoring, and packaging them.
