Communication management routines and infrastructure implemented

Establish routines for communication amongst consortium partners including the exchange of information and materials, while ensuring maintenance the EC Grant Agreement and Consortium Agreement. Provide assistance and advice to partners regarding administrative matters, and to ensure compliance with EC rules including the communication with and reporting to the EC on behalf of the consortium
