Online platform for collection of questionnaire and test data for data enrichment

The implementation will include three major steps: (a) identifying and operationalizing (e.g., selecting standard and custom questionnaires, or neuropsychological tests) the variables to be assessed; (b) translating the instructions, questionnaires/test items or identifying language-specific version for standard questionnaires/tests); (c) implementing a OS independent internet browser-based platform which allows for data collection and transfer of data using secure file transfer protocol.
