Summary
The deliverable will describe the Innovation Management Plan and the continuous process of identifying innovation potentials and bringing them to the exploitation tasks of the project. The Annexes of the deliverable will include templates that will be used throughout the project duration for creating the innovation management table with information for each exploitable deliverable, such as: IPR, SWOT analysis, target user/market, marketing & execution plan, dissemination level, assigned partner, required resources and KPIs/metrics.
