The report will specify the internal architecture of the aggregation layer and the mechanisms enabling linking and correlation of distributed diverse datasets. It will also provide the cleaning algorithms, as well as the analytics algorithms for semantic knowledge extraction, and the design of the envisioned semantic layer of PolicyCLOUD. It will also include the detailed specifications for the mechanisms and models that generate contextual knowledge for policy making and will detail the algorithms utilized for opinion mining, influence diffusion and sentiment analysis. The design of the social dynamics and behavioral data analytics will also be provided.
