D21 Report of stakeholders knowhow limitations M8The aim of this deliverable is to understand the current limitations on information that prevent stakeholders to take immediate action barriers This Deliverable contributes to WP2 and task 21 The target is to mapout the lack of information in the average European port stakeholderand understand and classify knowhow limitations This helps to fully understand both technological and knowledge limitations This is based on surveys of D11 by adding extra questions that target EU pan Ports stakeholders
