Stakeholders Framework Database M3 Pindown of needs motivations drivers and sociocultural aspectsThe aim of this deliverable is to identify and establish the framework of the stakeholder community to be addressed by the project activities This deliverable contributes to WP1 and task 11A preliminary profiling of the stakeholders will be set up identifying the main characteristics from each group and ensuring that all stakeholders are represented Examples of main aspects to pin down are geographical presence ie local national multinational size privatepublic origin mission environmental awareness technical background economic goals gender composition etc This is based on desk research for the building of the stakeholders data base On the other hand this deliverable will provide analysis of the needs motivation drivers and barriers of target SEANERGY stakeholders communities This is based on surveys targeting 540 responses target EU pan Ports stakeholders partners and nonpartners
